A minimal Windows service that tracks screen-on, idle and lock events — and locks your screen instantly, just like Win+L.
Screen time
Know exactly how long the screen stays on
Idle time
See when the PC is away from you
Screen locks
Count every single lock event
Records three daily metrics — screen-on time, idle time and lock count — into a local JSON file. No cloud, no telemetry.
Lock the workstation on demand — the same as pressing Win+L. Trigger it remotely or from a schedule.

PChours is a local Windows service. It does not upload your data to the cloud, and it contains no analytics or telemetry. Everything it records stays on your computer.
The application records three local metrics on your device: screen-on time, idle time and screen lock count. These values are stored in a local state.json file in the app data folder and are never transmitted to PChours.com or any third party.
Signing in with Google is completely optional and is handled by PocketBase. If you sign in, we store the basic profile information provided by Google (name, email address and avatar). You can sign out at any time, which removes the session from this browser.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information. There is no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics.
Because the application works locally, your metrics remain under your control. The website connection is encrypted with HTTPS.
